Robert Tugman has over 25 years of progressive industry experience as a salon consultant and educator. His knowledge and passion for the elements of hair design allow Robert to provide total client satisfaction while motivating his colleagues. He specializes in cutting edge, trend setting color and cuts, as a result of a surfeit of training from places like Ulta, Redken, Paul Mitchell, and other reputable groups and individuals. Robert has something that young stylists do not have, which is years of experience in the field. He hopes to use what he has learned from his time in the industry to pass on to the younger generation of stylists, because he believes that “education is key”.
